RETURN & EXCHANGE Policy
- Company has no return & refund policy.
- Exchange of the products is allowed within 15 days of the original product purchase.
- The product must be accompanied with the original sales receipt & it must be unused, unaltered, unwashed & not dry cleaned. Also the product must not have bleach stains, other spots or emit odor.
- The branch designated staff must verify the originality of product before exchange.
- Fabric by Meter, jewelry, accessories & shoes cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The product purchased from factory outlets cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The Items bought on discount also cannot be exchange or returned.
